Thank you, Alexander McQueen

Yesterday afternoon I learned that British designer Alexander McQueen had passed away.

I am saddened by the news of his passing, because he truly was a creative genius and contributed a lot to fashion as art. I admired his gift for putting on amazing shows with eye-popping designs and his form of expression.

I thank him for the inspiration.
